Raw Scottish Heather Honeycomb from the Angus Glens
Our raw honeycomb comes straight from our hives in the Scottish Glens, with no processing at all. The honeycomb is cut once a year, after the bees have been foraging on the heather, creating a honey with a distinctive, aromatic flavour.
How to Store and Enjoy
Keep your honeycomb at room temperature. It’s excellent on warm toast, crumbled over porridge, paired with cheese, or enjoyed straight from the comb. The whole thing is edible, wax and all.
Natural Goodness
This is honey at its most natural, complete with:
- All the original enzymes and properties of raw heather honey
- The natural beeswax comb, adding texture and character
