Our much-loved Blossom Honey — raw, never heat treated, unfiltered and never pasteurised — is taken to a new level with the addition of our own farm-fresh Scottish honeyberries.

During the gentle creaming process, we fold in finely milled honeyberries, giving the honey a naturally vibrant flavour and a beautiful hint of colour. The sharp, refreshing tang of the berries pairs perfectly with the light, floral sweetness of our Dundee blossom honey, creating a balanced taste that’s lively yet smooth.
