Our raspberries are grown on our own farm, which ensures that we have complete control over the quality of the product. We use only the freshest and ripest raspberries for our freeze drying process, which helps retain the fruit’s natural flavour and nutrients.

The raspberries are hand-picked and then immediately processed to ensure they are at their peak of freshness. This process also helps to retain the natural colour, shape and taste of the fruit, resulting in a product that is as close to fresh raspberries as possible.

Freeze Drying Process

Our freeze-dried raspberries undergo a special freeze-drying process, so they remain extremely flavourful. Because we have our own freeze-drying machines, we can handle the whole process ourselves to ensure the best quality product. In the freeze-drying process, we remove the water from the raspberries while still maintaining their shape, colour, and, most importantly, their taste and nutritional value. Unlike regularly dehydrated fruit, there is very little moisture left in the fruit, which means our freeze dried raspberries are slightly ‘crispy,’ rather than chewy.
