Freeze Dried Scottish Raspberry Pieces

Our freeze dried Scottish raspberry crumble delivers the same big punch of flavour as our whole raspberries. 100% natural, with no additives or preservatives. Just 100% pure tiny pieces of fruit. Enjoy these delicious berry pieces all year round as a convenient ingredient for cooking and baking.

A Versatile Ingredient

Our freeze dried raspberry granules are rich in vitamin C. These convenient pieces are ready to use straight from the packet – no chopping or preparation required.

The smaller pieces make them ideal for mixing into cake and muffin mixtures where whole raspberries might be too large. Perfect for folding into scone dough, stirring through flapjack mixture, or sprinkling over breakfast cereals and yoghurt. They’re excellent for making homemade granola, adding to energy balls, or incorporating into shortbread and crumble toppings.

Farm Fresh Quality

We grow our own berries to ensure a quality product from start to finish. Our raspberry crumble comes from the same premium fruit as our whole freeze dried raspberries. The raspberries are hand-picked and immediately processed to retain maximum flavour.

Our freeze-dried raspberry pieces undergo the same special freeze-drying process as our whole raspberries. We remove the water whilst maintaining their colour and taste, resulting in slightly ‘crispy’ pieces.
