Blossom Honey has a new flavour… Strawberry Dream.

We blend our smooth, raw Scottish Blossom Honey with milled fine Scottish strawberries, creating a beautifully bright and delicately fresh infusion.

The natural sweetness of the honey lifts the gentle berry notes, giving a soft, summery flavour that’s as delicious as it is refreshing. Perfect for drizzling over a date-night dessert, swirling into Greek yoghurt, or enjoying straight from the spoon.

A Note About Seeds in Our Blossom Honey with Fruits

Because our Blossom Honey with Fruits is made using real fruit — no extracts or artificial flavourings — you may notice some fruit seeds within the honey. This is completely natural and simply reflects the genuine, farm-fresh ingredients we use.

As the honey sets, the seeds may rise and settle near the top of the jar. This is most common in our Strawberry flavour due to the naturally higher seed content, but it can occur in the Raspberry flavour as well.

There is no cause for concern — the presence of seeds is normal and expected when using real fruit.

Please take care when serving to young infants, as fruit seeds may pose a small choking risk.
